What counts as a deliberation?
One deliberation is a single question convened before a council, run to a verdict — including every role and every round you configure. Re-running the same question, or continuing it with another round, counts as a new deliberation.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade and the change applies immediately, with the difference prorated. Downgrade and the new plan takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so nothing you've paid for is lost.
What happens if I run out?
Your sessions are never deleted and you keep full access to your history. New deliberations pause until the next cycle, or you can add your own keys to keep convening immediately, or move up a plan.
Do unused deliberations roll over?
No. Monthly allowances reset at the start of each cycle. The tiers are sized generously so most thinkers never reach the ceiling — pick the plan that matches your rhythm rather than hoarding.
Is BYOK really free?
Quorum charges nothing on the Free tier. You connect your own provider keys and pay each provider directly at cost. Keys are encrypted at rest and never exposed; the council runs against them and nothing else.
