Terms

Terms for serious use.

Quorum is built for judgment, not blind automation. These terms state the practical boundaries for using the product responsibly.

Use of the service

Quorum helps you structure AI-assisted deliberations. You are responsible for the questions you submit, the decisions you make from the output, and the provider accounts or API keys you connect.

Deliberation output

Model responses can be incomplete, incorrect, or inconsistent. Treat every verdict as decision support, not as professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.

API keys and accounts

Bring-your-own-key connections are encrypted at rest and used only to run the deliberations you request. You remain responsible for provider charges, limits, and terms attached to those keys.

Acceptable use

Do not use Quorum to violate laws, abuse provider systems, exfiltrate secrets, or make decisions that require regulated professional review without that review.

Availability

Quorum depends on third-party model providers and may be interrupted by provider outages, rate limits, or changes to model availability. We aim for reliability without promising uninterrupted service.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product matures. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
